Exam Invigilator

Responsibilities:

• Administer standardized, one-on-one assessments with students on Speaking, Listening, and Reading skills.
• Use CEFR-aligned tools and rubrics to conduct and document student responses, particularly for the Speaking component.
• Operate tablet or any digital tools to collect and enter data accurately.
• Facilitate student comfort and engagement during the assessment process, especially for those with limited English exposure.
• Coordinate closely with Field Supervisors and Project Coordinators for scheduling and execution. • Attend a mandatory training session and demonstrate understanding of tools, protocols, and CEFR benchmarks.
• Ensure ethical handling of data and protect child rights and privacy at all times.
• Submit completed assessments and field reports as per deadlines and maintain regular communication with the District and central team.
