Job Summary:

Jeevan Rekha Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced ECHS Coordinator to manage daily ECHS operations. The candidate must have strong communication skills, good administrative abilities, and hands-on experience with ECHS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with ECHS beneficiaries, internal departments, and ECHS authorities.
• Manage patient registration, documentation, approvals, and billing processes.
• Ensure timely processing, submission, and follow-up of ECHS claims.
• Maintain accurate records, patient data, and documentation.
• Handle patient queries and support them with ECHS procedures.
• Follow up on pending approvals, referrals, and claims.
• Ensure smooth coordination between hospital departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare administration preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ECHS Coordinator or in hospital administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Professional, punctual, and patient-friendly.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
