Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for an Ex-Serviceman PTI cum Warden. The role involves leading daily physical training sessions, overseeing sports and obstacle courses, and mentoring students in building endurance, teamwork, and mental grit. Additional responsibilities include maintaining discipline, managing dormitory logistics, supervising extracurricular activities, and ensuring the overall welfare and safety of the students.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical training, sports coaching, and fitness assessment, preferably a PTI course from the Armed Forces.
• Leadership skills, disciplinary experience of the Armed Forces, and ability to mentor young students as Hostel Warden. A driving license for LMV / HMV is desired.
• Knowledge of first aid, safety protocols, and managing student welfare
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within an educational or military environment is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur
• Certification in Physical Training or similar credentials
