Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer at our New Delhi location. The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for various event-related materials. Responsibilities include designing graphics, logos, branding materials, and visually impactful content to align with brand standards. The designer will also collaborate with the marketing and event teams to create designs that enhance event presentations and promotions.

Key Resposibilties :-

* Design event-related creatives such as:

* Event logos, themes and branding elements

 * Event invitations, e-mailers and WhatsApp creatives

 * Stage backdrops, standees, danglers, banners and signage

 * Presentation decks (PPT), proposals and concept layouts

 * Social media posts, stories and ads for event promotions

* Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual concepts.

* Coordinate with the events & sales team to design:

 * Mock-ups and 3D references (if applicable)

 * Floor plans / layouts (basic)

* Ensure brand consistency across all designs and collaterals.

* Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.

* Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/ printers if required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an eye for visual aesthetics and creativity
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, ensuring cohesive and memorable visual identities
• Strong skills in Typography, with a focus on detail and readability in design
• Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas within project deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience in designing for event-related projects is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

* Proficiency in design software:

*Adobe Photoshop*

*Adobe Illustrator*

*CorelDRAW* (optional but preferred)

 *Adobe InDesign* (added advantage)

* Basic knowledge of *PowerPoint* for creating and formatting decks.

* Strong sense of layout, colour, typography and visual hierarchy.

* Ability to understand event concepts and create designs as per theme.

* Attention to detail and ability to handle tight deadlines.

Preferred (Good to Have)

* Experience in an *event agency / MICE company / advertising agency*.

* Basic knowledge of *video editing / motion graphics* (Premiere Pro / After Effects).

* Knowledge of designing for *digital + print* media.
