Job Overview: We’re looking for someone who can bring in new business and manage client relationships for our marketing and events team. You will be responsible for pitching our services, working closely with clients, and helping us grow. You'll be supported by a dedicated team of Business Development Executives and Client Servicing Representatives (CSR) to help manage execution and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Find new clients and business opportunities in the events and marketing space. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Guide and coordinate with the BD and CSR teams for day-to-day follow-ups and client servicing. Support in planning marketing campaigns around events. Attend meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote our services. Track leads, collect client feedback, and monitor project progress. What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in business development or client servicing in the events/marketing industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident in handling clients and closing deals Good team coordination skills Organized, proactive, and result-driven Knowledge of marketing campaigns and event operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Event marketing: 3 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
