Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes. Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, internal database). Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and job offers. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms. Assist in creating recruitment reports and presentations as needed. Key Skills & Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Intern experience preferred. Duration: 3 Months (Internship) Post-Internship Opportunity: Based on performance, a permanent position will be offered after successful completion of the internship.
