About the Role:

Events - Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events.
Support event logistics, including attendee registrations, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create event-related content, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
Manage pre-event promotion and post-event engagement to maximize audience participation and retention.
Engage with attendees before, during, and after events to drive meaningful interactions and collect valuable feedback.
Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience
in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
Strong
organizational and communication
skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with
event management platforms
(e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite, Hopin).
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and adapt to shifting priorities.
Passion for technology, AI, and professional learning events.
