Events Manager

As a Research and Event Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to identify and explore new event opportunities such as perfume-making workshops, music festivals, and brand activations. You will work closely with our logistic team and clients to ensure seamless execution and setup of events within specified timelines. Managing event budgets and timelines will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition to event coordination, you will be required to identify and collaborate with influencers for marketing campaigns. This will involve coordinating campaign logistics, content creation, and publishing. Developing and nurturing relationships with influencers will be essential for successful marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for coordinating video shoots and ensuring timely publishing. Collaboration with internal teams and talents will be a key aspect of your job. You will work towards maintaining high-quality visuals and brand consistency across all events and marketing campaigns. Keeping track of calendars, schedules, and project timelines will be necessary to meet deadlines effectively. Regular communication with stakeholders and managing budgets, invoices, and expense reports will also be part of your daily tasks.
