Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi for a Creative Strategist. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing and directing creative strategies, crafting compelling brand strategies, writing engaging content, and conducting thorough research. Day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming and ideation sessions, collaboration with digital and experiential teams, and overseeing the execution of innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Skills

Visual Design & Creativity

• Key Visual Development

  : Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact key visuals for events, including main themes, hero graphics, and brand storytelling across print and digital.

• Art Direction

  : Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, composition, and color theory to drive engaging event aesthetics.

• Line Drawings & Illustration

  : Skilled in creating clean, detailed line art for use in event branding, merchandise, or environmental design.

Product & Structural Design

• Product Design for Events

  : Capable of designing event collaterals and merchandise (e.g., welcome kits, giveaways, branded items).

• Environmental & Spatial Graphics

  : Understanding how graphics integrate with physical spaces (booths, installations, signage).

• 3D Thinking

  : Familiarity with translating flat designs into 3D applications like stage sets, displays, and experiential zones.

Print & Production

• Knowledge of print formats, material selection, bleed/crop marks, and file setup for large-format printing.
• Ability to work with vendors for prototyping, mockups, and production-ready artwork.
