Event Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing events from setup to closure, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Spa, and Maintenance for smooth event operations.
  • Supervise event setup, dcor, seating arrangements, and audio-visual requirements as per event briefs.
  • Ensure timely service delivery during events, including food & beverage flow, guest movement, and schedule adherence.
  • Support on-site event management and resolve any operational challenges promptly.

Client Interaction & Guest Service

  • Greet and assist clients and guests during events with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Ensure all client requirements are communicated and delivered efficiently.
  • Collect client feedback post-event and report to the Event Sales Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and service-oriented approach throughout guest interactions.

Operational Support

  • Maintain inventory of event supplies, dcor materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation of event spaces before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for event-specific requirements.
  • Assist in billing coordination and event documentation.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare event reports, guest feedback summaries, and post-event checklists.
  • Maintain records of event schedules, setups, and client requirements.
  • Support the sales and operations team in logistical planning and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years

    of experience in event operations or banquet services within a

    hotel, resort, or event venue

    .
  • Strong understanding of event coordination and service standards.
