What You'll Learn:

As a Delegate Relationship Intern, youll gain hands-on experience in outreach, research and communication for one of the worlds most celebrated gourmet events.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify gourmet chocolatiers, cake entrepreneurs and other similar businesses across India.
Reach out to potential delegates and prospective visitors via phone, email, and other channels to share event details, pitch tickets, and follow up.
Analyse and orchestrate visitor outreach campaigns for varied audiences
Act as a point of contact for interested parties, providing support and guidance throughout the event process.
Maintain a tracker of calls, leads, and conversions.
Support the team with other event-related outreach activities.
