Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Event Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Event Operations Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing logistics, interacting with clients, budgeting, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. This role will also involve leading cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and timeliness during event operations.

• Proven skills in Operations Management and Budgeting
• Experience in Event Planning with a focus on flawless execution
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client satisfaction
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in event management, preferably with exposure to diverse industries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
