As an Event Management Intern at OZi, you will play a vital role in supporting the Growth & Marketing team to scale OZI's growth engine. Your contribution will involve assisting in event planning, social media engagement, and market research. This hands-on role will provide you with exposure to various growth channels and startup operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing brand and community events. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. - Support on-site event management, including setup, logistics, and guest coordination. - Assist in creating event communication material and post-event reports. - Contribute to social media content ideas and community engagement. - Conduct market research and build a lead database. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields). - Strong interest in growth, startups, and digital marketing. - Basic knowledge of social media, content marketing, and analytics tools. - Good communication, research, and analytical skills. - Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
