The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day engineering operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define technical requirements and architecture. Drive technical decision-making, code reviews, and best practices within the team. Plan and oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Ensure software development processes are efficient, repeatable, and scalable. Participate in hands-on coding, system design, and troubleshooting as needed. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering team. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in software development, with 2–4 years in a leadership or tech lead role. Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development (Node.js, React, Python, Java, or similar). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), databases, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred. Preferred Skills: Exposure to microservices architecture , API design , and DevOps practices . Familiarity with data-driven products , analytics, or AI/ML integration. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
