Event operations executive

Fyncrafte Events & Experiences LLP is expanding its on-ground team and looking for highly driven Operations Executives to support the growing portfolio of experiential events, brand activations, and large-format productions. **Role Overview:** As an Operations Executive, you will assist in planning and executing on-ground event operations, coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue teams, support production setups, logistics, and inventory management. You will ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met, prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for each project, and work closely with the core team during pre-event, event day, and post-event phases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and executing on-ground event operations. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue teams. - Support production setups, logistics, and inventory management. - Ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met. - Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for each project. - Work closely with the core team during pre-event, event day, and post-event phases. **Qualifications Required:** - Freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of operations, production, or event coordination experience. - Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of event execution and vendor coordination (preferred). - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and handle on-ground challenges. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
