Job Description

markets across the EMEA & APAC regions where we engage with various CXO's and Business

Leaders across industries in tech and non-tech spaces.

As an Event Operations Executive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, you are expected to ensure

the operational efficiency of the events. You should be comfortable with global travel and

spontaneous decision-making. Your role will include overseeing the entire logistic & operational

vertical of our business process to ensure the smooth functioning of our events.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work :

Execute all event operations including, but not limited to, venue booking, merchant/vendor management, print production, etc.

Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the events & organization.

Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the defined budget.

Maintain detailed records of operational & logistical details.

Identify and liaise with vendors (caterers, AV providers, venues, etc.) to ensure quality service and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Act as the main point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the event runs according to plan.

Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations.

Requirements

1 - 2 yrs of experience in event operations or in the travel & tourism industry.
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field.
Strong budget development and oversight skills.
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of
the event operations and customer service.
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.

Job Type:

1. Full time & On-site.

2. 5 day work week

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
