Job Title: Event Coordination Executive
Location: Chennai – Zero Gravity Photography
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events from inception to execution, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendors, timelines, and internal teams efficiently.
• Engage in lead generation and cold calling to support event acquisition and business growth.
• Handle challenges and last-minute changes calmly and professionally during event operations.
• Collaborate with creative, photography, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, event plans, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or management, preferably within the event or wedding industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Client-focused, dynamic, and results-oriented professional.
