Event Manager

As a wedding planner, you will need to be methodical and skilled at managing challenging and stressful situations. A successful wedding planner should stay updated on the latest wedding trends while showcasing exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service abilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss available wedding packages, desired wedding styles, and budget considerations. - Collaborating with clients to plan wedding specifics, such as selecting venues, entertainment, catering, and decorations. - Scheduling meetings with clients to visit potential wedding venues and meet with various vendors like florists, photographers, caterers, bakers, and invitation designers. - Ensuring timely printing of wedding invitations, programs, place cards, and rehearsal dinner details. - Coordinating the transportation of necessary supplies and equipment to the wedding venue. - Safeguarding clients" gifts and personal belongings by securely storing them in designated vehicles or storage areas. - Overseeing all activities on the wedding day to guarantee a seamless event. Location: Sector 43, Gurgaon, 122001 Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm, 6 days a week Immediate joining required with a personal laptop.
