Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Brahmapur. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, overseeing event setup and breakdown, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring events are executed seamlessly. The role also involves budget management, marketing event promotions, and post-event evaluations.

• Experience in event planning, organizing, and executing
• Skills in coordinating with clients, managing logistics, and overseeing setup and breakdown
• Expertise in collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and managing budgets
• Knowledge in marketing event promotions and conducting post-event evaluations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the creative or advertising industry is a plus
