Event Manager – Full-Time (Commission-Based)

About the Role

Naba Durga Movies Pvt. Ltd.

is looking for a highly driven Event Manager to plan and execute in-house, revenue-generating events such as

concerts, workshops, private parties, brand-hosted events, and other ticketed or sponsored entertainment formats.

This is a

full-time, commission-based role,

ideal for individuals who can independently conceptualize, monetize, and execute at least one in-house event every month.You will handle complete event ownership — from planning and partnerships to

promotions, execution, and revenue tracking.Key Responsibilities•

Plan and execute

minimum 1 in-house event per month

(concerts, workshops, private parties, brand or sponsored events).

•

Conceptualize event formats based on

market demand and revenue potential.•

Coordinate with

artists, trainers, DJs, hosts, vendors, and venues.•

Manage logistics including

venue finalization, permissions, sound, lighting, and staffing.•

Lead

event promotions, ticketing, registrations, and audience outreach.•

Acquire

sponsors, brand partners, and collaborators.•

Manage

event budgets, collections, settlements, and commission tracking.•

Ensure

smooth execution

and

high-quality attendee experience.Skills Required•

Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills

•

Hands-on experience or strong interest in live & private event management

•

Sponsor acquisition & revenue-focused mindset• Ability to manage vendors and multiple stakeholders• Independent working style with monthly targets• Problem-solving attitude under pressure

Compensation:

Performance-based income with no upper limit
