The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and further planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution - Lead the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, public, and private events. Conduct site inspections, vendor coordination, logistics management, and on-site supervision. Ensure seamless event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown. Manage event timelines, and resources effectively. Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected situations during events. Marketing - Need to market our company as an event manager to potential clients and derive work from there. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide on-ground teams, event staff, volunteers, and support crew. Ensure clear communication of responsibilities and schedules to all team members. Client Interaction: Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure successful event delivery. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding event progress. Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
