Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and décor setups.Support the décor team in conceptualizing and implementing theme-based designs.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the operations team to meet client requirements.Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event-related logistics.Design promotional materials and social media content using Canva.Participate in on-ground event execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.Provide administrative and creative support to the wedding planning team.
