We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Executives to join our Bengaluru team. If you have a passion for events and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the execution of exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events with attention to detail and smooth logistics.
• Database Management: Update and maintain databases of hotels, travel agents, exhibitors, and trade visitors using directories and online sources.
• Email Communication: Draft and send invitation emails, general letters, EDMs, and registration confirmations.
• RSVP & Follow-ups: Make RSVP calls, confirm attendance, and send reminders for each event and city.
• Exhibitor Data Entry: Collect visiting cards and form data from exhibitors and maintain detailed Excel records for each event.
• Inquiry Handling: Respond to queries related to roadshows, IITM, OTR, and other ongoing events.
• Dinner & Networking Invites: Coordinate invites for networking dinners, including reaching out to non-registered contacts and managing guest lists.
• Roadshow Support: Provide support in both domestic and international roadshows, ensuring logistics and communications are on point.
• Event Calendar Coordination: Support the planning of calendar events and assist in the execution of additional shows and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event coordination preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email platforms)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with phone-based communication and follow-ups
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
