Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in the OOH advertising sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling out-of-home (OOH) media space, primarily hoardings, to businesses and agencies. You will identify prospects, present advertising solutions, close deals, and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and markets for billboard advertising. Pitch outdoor advertising solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to present proposals and close sales. Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and post-sale follow-up. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Keep up with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Update ZOHO CRM with client information, sales activity, and pipeline status. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of sales experience / Freshers also can apply.
