Event Executive

Atleast 3 years of experience coordinating events & production

Must be able to anticipate projects needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

• Assist with negotiations for collaboration with venues.
• Aggressively gather information on each project to achieves quality event productions.
• Conduct research, make site visits and find resoureces to make decisions about event possibilities.
• Follow ups, meeting & presentation with the prospective SPONSERS
• Site inspections and negotiations of contracts.
• Attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies, problems etc & ensures all aspect of events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
• Coordinate with appointments & shedule of events, also dealing with all telephonic enquiries.
• Contacting new artist for empanelment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
