Event Executive

As an Event Coordinator, numerous responsibilities fall under your purview to ensure the success of events:

• Planning and Development: Conceptualize and plan events in accordance with clients' objectives, including setting timelines, budgets, and expected deliverables.
• Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all event specifications.
• Venue Coordination: Oversee the selection and booking of venues, ensuring they meet all event requirements and standards.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and catering, addressing any issues that may arise during the event.
• Client and Guest Relations: Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met, and manage guest interactions before, during, and after the event.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefing sessions and provide reports on the event's success, including feedback from clients and attendees.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
