Event Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Idovent’s in-house and partner events. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth event delivery, participant engagement, and on-ground excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in event planning, budgeting, and execution.

Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners for logistics and requirements.

Manage on-ground operations, participant flow, and event setup.

Support marketing in promotions, registrations, and digital campaigns.

Ensure quality, safety, and brand standards are maintained.

Handle post-event reports, feedback, and documentation.

Contribute creative ideas for event design and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

0–3 years of experience in event coordination or operations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel and work weekends during events.

Passion for events, fitness, or sports is a plus.

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and event tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,733.91 - ₹18,000.00 per month
