Event coordinator

Job Description Role Summary: The Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the smooth execution of events from planning to post-event wrap-up. The role involves multi-functional responsibilities including registration, logistics, technical support, participant coordination, stage management, and on-ground execution. The Event Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of school and college-level competitions organized across Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in event planning, preparation, and execution under supervision of Event Manager. 2. Manage on-site registrations, welcome desks, and help counters. 3. Coordinate logistics including material movement, venue setup, seating, and supplies. 4. Provide support in managing stage flow, speaker arrangements, and AV equipment. 5. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and partner institutions. 6. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors. 7. Collect feedback and maintain reports on event performance. 8. Resolve on-ground issues quickly and efficiently. 9. Assist in crowd control, hospitality, and time management of sessions. 10. Uphold the brand values of professionalism, inclusiveness, and youth empowerment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
