Event coordinator

As a part of the event division, you will be involved in various on and off ground activities. Your role will revolve around the following key responsibilities: - Creating vendors and negotiating budgets - Efficiently handling back end work, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint - Regularly managing the on ground team - Executing tasks within the provided timeline If you have a passion for the event industry and aspire to enhance your skills in operations and manpower management, this position is ideal for you. Candidates who are comfortable with travel and eager to enhance their expertise are preferred. Even freshers are encouraged to apply for internship projects with certification and a minimum stipend. This is a full-time position that offers benefits like cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid time off, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The role requires flexibility in working day shifts, rotational shifts, and availability on weekends. Relocating or commuting reliably to Kolkata, West Bengal is mandatory.
