Odia Samaj invites applications for the position of project-based event coordinator for a flagship cultural event showcasing the rich heritage of Odisha.

Role & Responsibilities

· Coordinate and execute pre-, during-, and post-event related activities.

· Liaise with artists, performers, vendors, and volunteers.

· Communications – sending invitations and event related letters along with secretariat work.

· Accommodation and Travel Management.

Eligibility & Skills

· Experience in hotel management, event management, cultural programs, or community events preferred.

· Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.

Compensation & Duration

· Salary: 25,000 per month

· Duration: 2 months; February-March

· Nature of Job: Project-based / Contractual
