Job Title: Event Coordinator & Administrative Executive

Work Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator & Administrative Executive to manage event logistics, planning, and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless execution of company events and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, conferences, seminars, and meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Handle event logistics including guest management, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor payments, and expense reports.
  • Oversee setup, branding, and on-ground coordination during events.
  • Support in preparing event-related materials such as brochures, presentations, and press kits.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office records, documentation, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments for scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support HR and operations in onboarding, attendance, and internal communications.
  • Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements.
  • Draft official letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
