DESIGNATION: Event Coordinator- Wedding
LOCATION: Borivali, Mumbai
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience
JOB PROFILE: Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
· Client Servicing
· Finalizing décor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.
· Décor and event Co-ordination with Staff
· Décor Costing Management
· Vendor Negotiation and Finalization
· Artist Coordination
· Event Execution
· Assisting Seniors in handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.
· Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.
· Price negotiations.
· Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.
· Venue Management.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Must have knowledge of wedding events handling
CANDIDATES STAYING IN WESTERN LINE WILL BE PREFERRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
