Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Co-ordinator based in Mysore. The Event Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and venues, ensuring all aspects of events are executed smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves sales responsibilities to secure event bookings and promote SportiWe’s services.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills with the ability to secure event bookings
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore
• Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus
