Role Overview: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. You will understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution. Additionally, you will handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high client satisfaction. You will support in event planning, briefing, and on-ground coordination as per client expectations. Moreover, you will maintain client records, feedback, and ensure repeat business opportunities.
