Event Co-ordinator Hostel

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Community Manager - Hostel, focused on enhancing the student experience within the hostel facilities across four campuses in CMR Higher Ed. Prioritizing the physical and mental well-being of students is a key objective for CMR Group. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience - Develop a customer experience strategy for organizing activities within the hostels such as Yoga day, physical health, and mental health initiatives. - Gather regular feedback from students to enhance their experience by implementing strategic changes in hostel operations. - Engage with students regularly to identify their needs and make improvements to enhance their hostel experience. - Monitor customer satisfaction to maintain a low attrition rate in the hostels. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for students across all four hostels in Bangalore. - Coordinate with hostel wardens, managers, canteen managers, and hostel heads to implement operational changes. Event Management - Oversee the execution of planned events to enrich student experience in the hostels, including Game day, Yoga day, Mental health drives, and Sports events. - Research and engage external vendors and experts for events, maintaining strong relationships for future collaborations. Promotion & Marketing - Develop end-to-end marketing strategies in hostels and colleges to increase student participation in events. - Promote activities on social media and digital platforms, collaborating with the content team. - Propose innovative ideas to attract new students to the hostels through various channels. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts, with the work location being in person.
