As a Technical Assistance Engineer, your role involves providing remote technical assistance to dealers for complex troubleshooting and conducting on-site visits when necessary. You will be responsible for failure root cause analysis and sharing insights with upstream teams for product improvements. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the technical capabilities of dealer personnel and conducting dealership audits on technical aspects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth new EV product launches from a technical support perspective. You will also be involved in telematics data analysis and handling maintenance portals, with a focus on battery diagnostics and diagnosing issues based on telematics data. Qualifications: - BE / B.
