As a Technical Assistance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to dealers across multiple locations in India. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting complex issues, conducting failure root cause analysis, and enhancing the technical capabilities of dealer personnel. Additionally, you will be involved in dealership audits, ensuring smooth new EV product launches, telematics data analysis, and handling maintenance portals. To excel in this role, you should have 4-10 years of experience in the auto industry, preferably with OEMs. A degree in BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobiles, or Electrical engineering is required, with specialization in Mechatronics, Automobiles, or Electrical being preferred. Your ability to diagnose issues based on telematics data and understand battery diagnostics will be crucial in ensuring the success of technical support activities.
