EV Technician

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostic tests, and repairs on electric vehicles. This includes applying welding techniques to repair or fabricate components and structures, diagnosing and repairing battery management systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, and adhering to all safety regulations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all services and repairs, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with other technicians and departments to ensure efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic tests, and repairs on electric vehicles. - Apply welding techniques to repair or fabricate components and structures for electric vehicles. - Diagnose and repair battery management systems and related components. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, controllers, and motors. - Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while handling electric vehicle systems and components. - Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines. - Work closely with other technicians and departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Qualifications: - ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related fields. - Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles. - Hands-on experience in welding techniques and processes. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to travel Pan India.,
