Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable EV Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in electric vehicles (EVs) with strong sales acumen to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EV technology, market trends, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for electric vehicles.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and presentations to potential customers.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding EV technology, performance, and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase and delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers and team members on the features, benefits, and maintenance of electric vehicles.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all EV-related questions and issues.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost EV sales.
  • Participate in EV-related events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
  • Leverage social media and other digital platforms to engage with potential customers and promote EV offerings.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, strategies, and leads.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff on EV products and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on electric vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
