EV Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable EV Specialist to join our team. This role combines electric vehicle (EV) expertise with strong sales skills to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of EV technology, current market trends, and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Meet and exceed EV sales targets.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations.

Customer Service:

• Build strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Answer questions related to EV technology, features, and performance.
• Support customers throughout the entire sales process.

EV Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest EV technologies and market trends.
• Educate customers and staff on EV features, usage, and maintenance.
• Be the main point of contact for EV-related questions and support.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Work with the marketing team on EV promotions and campaigns.
• Attend events and trade shows to promote EVs and the brand.
• Use digital platforms and social media to reach potential customers.

Teamwork:

• Share leads, knowledge, and strategies with the sales team.
• Help train new staff on EV products and sales techniques.
• Coordinate with service and parts departments for smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably in EVs.
• Good knowledge of EV technology and industry trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
