EV Product Co-Ordinator

As a Product Coordinator at ISIEINDIA, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate projects related to EV workbench design, testing, manufacturing, and integration. Your strong expertise in Electrical and Electronics (Embedded Systems), Data Analysis, Networking, and VCU/Software integration will be crucial in ensuring smooth project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of high-quality EV products. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in alignment with ISIEINDIA's EV roadmap. - Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. - Coordinate design, manufacturing, and testing of EV workbenches and subsystems. - Lead design, development, and validation of battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and other EV components. - Drive embedded systems and VCU software integration for product readiness. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures and implement corrective/preventive measures. - Maintain accurate documentation (production reports, design approvals, dispatch records). - Ensure adherence to safety regulations, labor compliance, and industry standards. - Track performance metrics and prepare outcome-based monthly reports. - Oversee waste management and resource optimization, ensuring quarterly scrap disposal cycles. - Represent ISIEINDIA in industry networking events and support technical skill upgrade initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. - Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, EV R&D, or manufacturing. Technical Expertise: - Strong in Electrical systems, Embedded Electronics, and Networking. - Experience with VCU software integration and data analysis. - Knowledge of powertrain design and testing. Other Skills: - Strong project management and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional leadership. - Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.,
