Your role will also involve participating in trade-off discussions, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and ensuring readiness for global markets. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-15 years of experience in electronics hardware development with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing electronics products, strong understanding of various technologies, experience managing hardware programs, project management skills, and familiarity with DFM, cost engineering, and regulatory frameworks. A degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent is required (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech).
