Job Description

Role & responsibilities

EV charging station infrastucture development required business site selection, Site Survey, Charger Installation, power connection, liaisoning, commisioning and P&L responsibility.

1. Site Assessment & Feasibility -

Evaluate potential locations for charger installation.
Assess load capacity, accessibility, and user demand.
Coordinate with property owners and stakeholders.

2. Planning & Design Coordination

Work with engineers and architects to develop compliant designs.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and EV infrastructure standards.
Select appropriate charging equipment and network providers

3. Budgeting & Scheduling

Develop detailed project budgets and timelines.
Monitor costs and adjust plans to stay within budget.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

5. Construction Oversight

Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality and safety.
Resolve issues and delays proactively.

6. Testing & Commissioning

Ensure chargers are installed correctly and function as intended.
Coordinate with utility companies for grid integration.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
Stakeholder Communication

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech /B.E. / M.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering
6+ years of experience in Project Development for EV charging Station
Preferred experience charging infrastructure
