Ethics Manager, Regional role

You will be joining WORMS Safety, a global leader specializing in quality management solutions. Your role as an Ethics Manager will be based in Delhi, India, reporting to the Global Ethics Manager in China. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating ethics and internal audit policies across multiple countries in South Asia and other regions. You will conduct internal audits, provide reports with corrective action plans, and manage internal and external investigations. Collaboration with Country and Regional Business Leads will be essential to incorporate market trends into compliance procedures. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 6-8 years of experience in managing ethics investigations and audits in a multinational corporation. Strong integrity, awareness of compliance, and the ability to plan for risk mitigation are crucial. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are also required. Additionally, you should be proficient in English and willing to travel.
