ETC Site Operations Leader

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for process tracking, metrics tracking, headcount management, and various other data collections essential for decision-making. You will be involved in developing site programs annually and providing input to business programs within a specific function or business unit as well as contributing to midterm plans. You will lead analytical activities utilizing established technologies and methods to derive valuable insights for the site. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college and possess a minimum of 5 years of additional experience in Operations and people management. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, a track record of problem-solving, experience in leading programs and projects, and proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
