The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in vendor coordination, contract management, and quantity take-offs , ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy in all project financial matters. Key Responsibilities Billing & Payment Coordinate with Project Managers , site engineers, and vendors for bill verification . Prepare and review running account (RA) bills , final bills, and reconciliation statements. Verify quantities on-site against work executed for payment approvals. Work Order & Contract Management Prepare and issue Work Orders / Purchase Orders as per approved BOQ and budget. Ensure all work orders are in line with project specifications, timelines, and cost targets . Manage amendments, extensions, and closure of work orders/contracts. Quantity Take-Off & Cost Control Extract quantities from drawings and site measurements with accuracy. Conduct rate analysis for new items and support the tendering process. Monitor cost against budget and provide variance reports to management. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution and billing cycles.
