Hiring: Estimation Engineer (Civil) – High-Rise Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Estimation Engineer (Civil) with strong expertise in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate should be proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and AutoCAD, and capable of handling complete estimation responsibilities for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and project cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Work with AutoCAD and Excel for estimation and planning activities.
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Review tender documents and support bid preparation.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure adherence to IS codes and relevant regional standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, budgets, and actual costs.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in civil estimation for high-rise buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
• Good knowledge of local construction materials and market rates.
• High accuracy in BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation roles
• Experience in high-rise construction projects is essential
