Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer – IBMS

Location: Chennai
Experience: 6 month to 2 years preferred]

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, coordinate with project teams, and support project budgeting and execution for IBMS projects. HVAC knowledge is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specs and drawings to prepare material, labor, and overhead cost estimates.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, vendors, and designers to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
• Prepare technical documents and price proposals with detailed scope of work.
• Maintain cost databases, vendor quotes, and market pricing updates.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Update awarded projects (POs/Work Orders) in ERP and hand over to project teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing project needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IBMS estimation; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
