Designation: Estimation Engineer Location - Andheri West Years Of Experience : 5+ years Qualification : B.Tech (Civil) Industry : Real Estate Job Profile: · To verify and scrutinize the quantities claimed by the contractor as per the drawings, attached measurement sheet and site visit. · To verify the scope of work, rates and commercial terms and conditions mentioned in the Work order. · Verify and finalize the built up Area in consultation with site billing engineer and SC & S dept. · Demarcation of the executed area on drawing in case of several agencies is deployed at site in same work. · Certification of the departmental labour bills as per the D.L.R. received from the site. · Summarize non BOQ and BOQ work classified in DLR and prepare a debit note if it has not been attached by site. · Intimate to seniors regarding excess departmental labours deployed at site. · To check the category, service tax and VAT registration No. and prevailing percentage of taxes and its applicability at site. · Bifurcation of Service tax and VAT amount incase of rate inclusive of taxes. · To Check / prepare debit notes with respect to the scope of work mentioned in work order. · To verify & check the materials issued to the agencies in accordance with the store debit enclosed with the bill. · Preparation of Control Sheet. · To prepare Comparative statements in respect of amount & quantity certified to Sub contractor v/s certified by Client. · If any problem is encountered related to bill and site cooperation then will take assistance of Sr. Engineer / Manager to resolve the issues. · Responsible for doing any work assigned by Superiors other than mentioned above from time to time.
