Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise

  cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

  for high-end residential & commercial interior design projects.
• Analyze architectural drawings,

  technical specifications

  , and design plans to determine project scope and requirements.

• Identify, source, and price

  all materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services needed for flawless project execution.
• Collaborate directly with our

  creative design and project management teams

  to ensure accurate budgetary planning and cost control from concept to completion.
• Maintain and update a robust database of material costs, vendors, and suppliers to ensure estimates are always competitive and current.
• Review and validate subcontractor quotes and tender documents for accuracy and alignment with project specs.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, or quantity surveying specifically within the Interior Design or Construction domain.

  (Experience in interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.)

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / B.Sc / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. (BE/B.Tech Civil, B.Sc in Interior Design)

• Technical Skills:

• Must have proven expertise in preparing detailed BOQs and Cost Estimates for interior projects.

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (Advanced formulas, pivot tables) and

  AutoCAD

  (for reviewing drawings).
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and interior design drawings.

• Soft Skills:

  Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional analytical and numerical abilities, and strong communication skills.
